- 1 packet (12 oz weight) chopped chicken breasts
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. herb seasoning
- 1 large-size sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- Add and cook chicken, onions, garlic, herb seasoning in the large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes until golden.
- Bring to a boil the potato, broth, and tomato paste. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
