- 1 tbsp. tahini
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 100g porridge oats
- 2 small-size bananas, sliced
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed (seeds only)
- Add the tahini, 1 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp water to the small bowl. In the saucepan, add the oats, 1 sliced banana, cardamom, milk, and water with a pinch of salt. Cook, occasionally stirring, for 5 minutes over medium heat, until creamy and hot.
- Distribute evenly between two bowls. Pour leftover milk over the top and garnish with the remaining sliced banana. Drizzle the tahini mixture with the oil.
